Malcolm has over 30 years’ experience within the energy industry. The past 9 directing Pemxq The Energy Architects. Pemxq The Energy Architects provide a wide range of energy and utility related services ranging from the coordination and management of utilities, energy strategy reports to assist with planning, BREEAM, building services design, energy procurement and reporting. Malcolm’s approach for energy and energy cost reduction is to work with the FM’s to reduce the out of hours usage, drive down the baseload and implement staff and management awareness without spending vast sums on ‘energy management kit’ which may or may not give the correct solution. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom is a Chartered Engineer and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
In his role as Project Manager, Tom has actively sought to gain a robust knowledge of all construction disciplines from architecture, structural engineering through to various specialism’s such as acoustics etc. This breadth of knowledge and experience greatly assists the planning and running of projects.
As an engineer Tom has been involved within many sectors working on various projects ranging from small surveys to projects with capital costs in excess of £500M.
